What we collect and why

The details you enter in the contact form (name, e-mail address, phone number and message) are used only to answer your inquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, time of the request, browser type) for security and technical purposes.

Who receives the data

Form submissions are technically received and forwarded to us by our website hosting provider, and our correspondence is handled by our e-mail service provider – both act as data processors under contract with us. We do not share the data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and correspondence are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, then deleted from the form system and mailbox. If a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods for accounting and contract documents apply.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@jurosvejas.lt. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. Your choice about the map is stored in your browser (not in a cookie). On the contact page the Google Maps map loads only with your consent – Google LLC may then use its own cookies under its privacy policy. You can change your choice via "Cookie choice" at the bottom of the site.
